Get Rid Of The Advertisements

I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE

I pledge allegiance to the sea,
With opaque waves as high as trees.
The sweet salt air that mists my hair,
Is more a child-like spirits' lair.

I pledge allegiance to the sky,
And if you'd want to ask me why
I'd pose to you a query too...
Could you create the color blue?

I pledge allegiance to a dream,
Of snow capped mountains by a stream.
Where climbers skirt the rocky rim,
With stealth and fearless faith within.

I pledge allegiance to a friend,
Who knows just where my thoughts have been.
Yet loves me when my words are cruel,
And when I play the stupid fool!
