Get Rid Of The Advertisements

WASTED YEARS THAT SIGH

I occupy this time and space
Without a goal to set my pace...
And so the days begin.
If ever I should take the time
To think about these days of mine,
Perhaps I'd make amends....

To those whose lives I've been a part
Who carry love within their heart
For such a one as I.
So many nights I lie awake
And am remiss for those I take
For granted...while I cry.

It seems that I am too soon old
And winter shrouds me with the cold
While time flies quickly by.
Those things left unattended here
Will wait for someone else to fear
The wasted years that sigh.
