Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Rain must fall

The liquid silver drops hang onto the leaves
As the cloud bids farewell and weeps and grieves
But the earth rejoices and saplings grow
Like joys that lay under the wings of sorrow
The cicadas hum at the twig that swings
Its wondrous to have a song to sing
And the sun that hides gives a silvery glow
Sky descends and with the brook it flows
Blows a breeze through the ferns and grass
To the wildered mind, treble and bass
And though we love sunshine, rain must fall
A little solitude should reach us all..

JFTLOI phrase: a song to sing.
