Get Rid Of The Advertisements

UNCLE SAM'S ARMY

I joined Uncle Sam's army for three years.
I had a lot of laughter and a few tears.
I felt alone because I didn't drink beer.
I didn't do a lot of thing other guys did.
But it came time to enlist or be drafted,
So I placed my bid.

If only you had told me that,
I might not of been blind as a bat.
The army taught me a lot of things though.
I knew what to do and where to go.

When you go far as you think you can go,
Go a little further, you'll catch your second wend.
That's what it takes for your life's to blend.
I learned a lot in the army.
