Rebirth

********
Pristine petals
Of the young sublime rose,
Evermore serenading sunlight
Now in winter repose.

But, come the spring
With fresh winds and sweet earth,
My rose will be thriving
In it's rebirth.

Then summer will follow
With warm sunshine days,
To coax velvet buds
Into lovely display's.

It's a gilded portrait
Autumn boldly discloses,
To nurture the promise.
The rebirth of roses.
