Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Whispered dreams.

Soft shade reached out and touched her face
Criss-crossed with love and Summer lace,
Beneath the sky, lost in the sun
She felt that life was not yet done,
So many pages yet to turn
So much to do, so much to learn,
Life wandered in so many ways
Like Bedouins of her Summer days.

Upon her stage, beneath the lights
Of dawn’s soft rise and dreaming nights
She sang of moonlight and of faith
Her gown flowed round her like a wraith,
And even through the depths of shade
She felt the golden song she’d made,
As nights last shadows died away
She turned to greet the coming day.

Then like the rain she cried again
With soft remorse and silk disdain,
Her heart reached out to touch and feel
Those remedies born just to heal,
And then she felt the warming sighs
Of whispered winds and summer skies
Bring her the solace she required
And grant her all that she desired…
