Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Face Of A Clown

I think now
it is time
for the curtain
to come down,
and for the smile
to fade away
from the face
of the clown.
It's so hard
to wear a smile
when inside
the teardrops fall.
Why pretend?
Laugh or cry,
it really doesn't matter at all.
