Rainforest Display

Deep in dense rainforest,
lyrebird calling,

duplicates noise
of cascade, rapid falling.

Bellbirds' sweet tinkle
from undergrowth bower,

dew drops amassed
in a non rainfall shower.

Orchids and ferns
in delightful array

unite with red gums,
make a brilliant bouquet.
