Towards Serenity

GOD,we are but sheep, needing our Shepherd,
GRANT Lord, we be not prone to 'fitting in',
ME ? I am as weak as any other,
WISDOM flies...and I am found committing sin.
TO spend my days worshipping in Your presence,
KNOW well the right way, living in Your strength,
THE moral fibre to withstand temptation,
DIFFERENCE between grief and serenity at length.

Quote (vertical), is a paraphrasing
from the Serenity Prayer by Reinhold Niebuhr
