Show Forth The Light

BUT hold fast to His precepts which are true,
IF darkness draws you down, turn to the Light.
ONE tiny spark alters a point of view.
WALKS confident who walks the path of right.
IN deepest, darkest realms of utter fear,
THE most effective tool of evil's lot,
NIGHT, in its bleakness creeps forever near.
HE struggles who that perfect love forgot.
STUMBLES he, where e'er his foot is placed
BECAUSE, convinced, he trusts himself alone,
THE shame upon him bids him feel disgraced,
LIGHT is ignored, our hope he's never known.
IS there not one to spare a spark, a gleam ?
NOT ours the heavy weight of condemnation.
IN us God trusts to carry out His scheme,
HIM, our brother, saved from ruination.
