IRISH AMERICAN

I am an Irish American.
Remembering what I can.
I like the old country.
Some green for you and me.
How about we put in a lake, green tea.

America is a country that's filled with green.
My country has less green then it started to be.
Even though it has more than Ireland to see.
Remember, my roots are from everywhere.
I'm from many countries, I don't know which.
Christ Jesus redeemed me and that's a switch.
America is a country I can serve God in.
Now that to me is a win.
