Get Rid Of The Advertisements

If Only KKD

If Only

You would pause
For what you think you see
Does not even come close
To the you that is seen by me.

While yes your road is rocky
With even more that lies ahead
But just glance over your shoulder
At what you have already put to bed

Oh life can be a stinker
So unfair most times
But just push away the clouds
Allow the sun to shine

So on those many days
You see a glass half empty
Just get a smaller glass
Allow yourself some happy

You are so much more
Than what you see
Just spread those wings
And set yourself free

If Only

ღ KKD ღ

I want to pass on to you
some profound words
my father gave me
when I was but a youth
and I still live by them today

I felt bad that I had no shoes
Until I saw a man who had no feet.

ღ God asked me how long I planned on keeping you in my life.
I smiled and said...
How do I choose between always and forever...
But then I have found that's really not up to me... ღ
