Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Left a Message

I wonder if I sent you a message
in a bottle out to sea
Would my words still reach your heart?
Would you recognize itís from me?

Maybe I could spell out your name
On the sands of our favorite beach
Would you see the letters from the sky?
Would the gesture be able to reach?

What if I placed a picture of us
On a bench in our favorite park
Would it bring a smile to your lovely face?
Would it tug the strings of your heart?

Instead I will cry as loud as I could
And yell my pain to the sky
Cursing the clouds as the glare at me
Why did you have to die

No parks, beaches or sunny skies
No bottles out to sea
Just me and my tears, alone with my fears
and a life that will never be
