A song God gave to me.

Comes another sundown night through verticals of drapery blind
If lost in a weary unlit dream i recall a start and i rewind
And return in a tunnel long and I came to terms
with faith and love God helped me find

Mother's inner joyful laughter in deep sleep, on a peaceful night
Like the dream i recollected, visitations ... future's bright
I stood outside of me, surprised ... a smile
appearing radiant, as the holy light

Were her busy hands holding curiosity like that of a child
Finding where the comfort of many yesterdays are piled
My hope; that all are forgiven and with God,
friends and family ... come reconciled

Still i know many days of regret and times when i shed many tears
And sometimes i still need to cry so I run far away from fears
Yet, I wear the shield of faith protected ...
in my all and all those many, many years...
