Get Rid Of The Advertisements

CLIFF COTTAGE

He dreams of the love
That could have been his,
It leaves him breathless
If only he had listened to Liz.
As he dreams his emotions
Are quite overcome,
Because his life he has wasted
And been rather dumb.
He has nobody to love
Except his faithful old cat,
And as he awakes and wipes the tears,
He only has sad memories and fears.
It's too late but he still manages a smile
Because he still had his dreams,
And love in his dreams
Had beckoned for a while.
