HORDE HEAD

Mom and dad used to take us kids
Walking in the woods.
We saw wild flowers that looked
like horse head.

we picked them and played a game.
We would put one horse head
around another and pull.
The horse head that pulled off,
You were the winner.

As children, we licked this game.
As grownups, we're not the same.
We like flowers for their beauty.
We savor flowers, it's our duty.
