Get Rid Of The Advertisements

It doesnít matter if
You are yet to start school
Or if youíre a tad older
Being taught the Golden Rule.

Once youíve been up for hours,
Your energy is sapped.
Youíre inclined to close your eyes
And take a little nap.

For some reason, the teens
And all those with active days
Seem to need no naps
And absorb the sun's rays.

But, after enough time, it seems
Those habits get reversed.
Itís not play acting of the sort
That needs to be rehearsed.

With somewhat less to do each day
And, with less stamina on tap,
In older years, we often find
Some days demand a nap.
