I'm In Love With You

Come to Love's Shelter away from world harm,
Away from all those things that can weaken,
Make us feel small, worthless without love's power
Where we can like children again feel strong
Not dwell on weakness, doubt and back payment
But see truths and beauty that uplift us
Where no money's paid or roll called or kept.
You can enter, never speak if you wish
Just be swept away with glorious feelings;
Revisit every past beautiful moment,
Hope for some beautiful moments to come -
Give no plan, proving positive thinking
Just retreat and bloom in thought where words thrive
To tell of romantic love - its best telling.

1.

Not all are called to be poets of sweet love
But when rare beauty breathes closely your air
And her castle holds mystery one can't move
Then poetry can call one's spirit to dare.
This is the song of the Wizard's wise Owl
The Wizard's wise owl who called me Wizard.
This is his song to sweeten all that's foul.
'Sweet Princess trust as I the Wizard Bard
And I will show you the nature of being
Where freedom of feather and wisdom won
Allows power and passion new life to bring -
Wiser and free-er, with your love be one!'
'Sweet Princess, Sweet princess what did Owl say?
Has the hold of your castle been cleared away?'

2.

As candlelight scales golden the goldfish
And from the dragon candlelight breathes fire
For some love secrets for which he might wish
The Wizard waits in his rooms with desire.
The goldfish feeds like the dragon which dares
Fin his tail like the fish as he struts fine.
'What does this tell me?' the Wizard despairs
Then fish and dragon with one voice combine
'Though you and your love are not the same Sir
Love of the candlelight shows quite like needs
And graces of one do grace the other.'
The Wizard pondered these truths of Love's seeds -
He cast a love spell that when she did eat
And she did walk, heart-wise she felt complete.

Know that this moment in time there's one soul
Who like yours loves your talent with thoughts sweet
And sees skilled hand smoothly astound eyes all,
Can value building block and building's feat,
Will never say change this or that for art.
As you work I watch all of you create
From home here nights; two spirits not apart.
With wonder I feel you breathe; dreams awake.
Desires for you don't make me falsely claim
Fame will favour your sweet flowering fortune
Though I do wish when you retire to reign
Master of your bed full moon to full moon.
As moments fly more will love your work as I
But none spirited as my master eye.

4.

Women of the world who among you dwell
With more honour than the lady praised here?
A thousand paintings of her beauty tell,
Painted by a dull hand that used to sneer -
Praise! but not the painter - his painting's poor
Though his first to last turned his hand to gold -
Smiles lit the canvas, her thoughts even more,
Her curves taught hand form, breasts made hand's strokes bold -
His fingers grew fine, heart and eyes softened -
Painting in words, master poet became.
Women of the world he will paint till the end
For her beauty's full capture is his aim.
Such women are rare, even in history -
Rare the hands that smile so penning poetry.

5.

The owl watched the Princess walk with pure grace
'Neath The Tree Of Love And All That's Deserved
And planned to win both heart and beauty's face.
He asked green grass tickle so toes smiles served,
Called blossoms to fall and land in her hair,
Gentle wind gust to raise her eyes to him
And with a wink flew to her shoulder bare
And when she sat, between her legs with a grin.
He made the sunset royal red for her,
The moon more silver than the stars smiling.
The Princess quoted prophesy, to infer
Soon a wise poet she would be marrying.
The owl watched the Princess walk with new step -
He knew she knew where paradise was kept.

Looking through The Book of Future History
Note we're in the chapter on Love's successes
And our names side by side sound praised dearly -
Our meeting romantic it confesses,
Modern in style for those days by modem,
Drawn by remarkable common wavelengths,
Attracted then tuned to love's finest gem -
Bees have never travelled to flowers such lengths,
Flowers never opened with such perfumed sweetness -
All found in The Book of Future History,
Not by chance, choice my dear as lovers nest
In the present moments of love's beauty.
The book's published, togetherness certain;
We will kiss again, kiss away all pain.

7.

Oh Lovely Lady, dreamer of grand dreams,
Fear not the fickle nature of false flesh,
Of self thoughts, weak love, weak together themes -
Never will wither wanting our dreams mesh.
There's a good force flooding the earth that flowers
Where great love grows innocent of self gain
And dreaming with Love's nuture commands powers
That foster balance, life flow, beauty's name.
Lovely Lady, dreamer of dreams with me
When our children see us dream, goodness dares
Most daring things in our dear family
So fear not dreams larger with larger shares
Oh Lovely lady, dreamer of grand dreams,
Dreams grand as the moon that on us beams.

8.

When you wish time, youth, ease and love's best
We'll lounge in the park where the're shady gums -
Barbecue, humming tunes the gums request
But squeal when magpies swoop to cease our hums.
When you wish love, youth, ease and time's crown
We'll breathe nature and sing songs of sweet love,
Touch the earth, feel the soft grass call bodies down
To hear music of murmurs as hands move.
When you wish love, time, ease and youth's strength
We'll walk away from the gums and magpies -
Where the running creek will drown noise of length,
Of depth, of vigor, of sighs - passion's cries.
When you wish love, time, youth and life's ease
We'll lounge in the park, please, tease with locked knees.

9.

The Knight who could be King looked 'round dark towers
To find the Princess of Wonder locked there.
Which window, which tower, how could he save hours?
With two lit candles for his heart to share
He merged the small flames to one and moved on;
Through each no show his eyes caught more-haste glow.
Darkness grew and smiles became frowns soon gone
For from the blackest, tallest tower's window
Two small flames merged one, time and time again.
The Knight who would be King lit thousands more
And from the tiny window came sweet refrain
'Be bold sweet Knight, my heart does you adore'
Then ten thousand arrows black came his way
And the Knight grinned and wisely rode till day.

10.

You give me signs that give me moments lost
And therefore moments of time do not die;
These signs now in my mind I tell with cost
For secrets of the river vale tell why.
Your signs like greening grass and flowering trees
Wave to my heart and say time's just timeless,
Never fear, look away the're still there - bees
And crickets never doubt - I now confess
Your signs could win a thousand hearts of men
That give them signs that give them moments new
But the moments of the wave, one or ten
To me you sign Paradise ours - me and you.
You give me signs that give me moments gained -
Just one smile lands me 'mongst flowers pollen-trained.

11.

If it's your wish to have long love, here's how;
This love secret's been borrowed from our moon.
Do you desire to entice me this hour
Somewhere, somehow, oh then forever soon?
This secret's magic, moon magic - beware
For your lover will follow, know your mind -
The stains of Dragon's Blood without its fare
Show forever useless love but still bind.
Have no secrets from your lover some say
'Moon show your other face; what do you hide?
I'll shun you unless you tell me today' -
'Twould be foolish love indeed to take this side.
Your smiling face and wink show me this hour
And kid me behind your back's not mine now!

12.

Why am I warm while I'm here measured one
Where all the world knows love weighs more with two?
Why write poetry cold nights where time's not won?
Better I dance and hold, make bold talk too?
Why am I warm while writing gold words down? -
The blood of my poet heart weighs with love,
Weighs red, weighs warm, weighs smiling by the pound
And every drop holds poems whose thoughts you move.
How sweet and warm love is; I'm your poet true
And red eyed, cold at night when words line dance
I'm warm though I'm here, measured not one, two -
Red blood of my poet heart, red with romance.
As each drop sighs your name, heart does the same
And my pen no longer cold, lights words with flame.

Adam said to Eve now things are different,
Life's easy for me compared to before -
My eyes were shut till a vision was sent
And blood pounding my brain, mind sharpens more.
Unhealthy talk to myself now's replaced
With exchange of ideas on all matters -
Not talking down, more mind uphill fast raced.
Of all things said, anything that occurs
I've invented a way to record dear.
I've noticed your drawings in the beach sand -
Together with my record 'twould appear
We have a book, the first book in the land.
If I eat the apple - you take the blame
I'll be a damned Poet - even you get fame.

Don't miss Adam and Eve romance. Order 'Two Hearts Two Cities' through Zora Knight
