Get Rid Of The Advertisements

I hope that I donít leave this world too soon
to see another Spring when early crocus bloom;
to watch as children learn to toddle, walk, then run.
I hope to witness more of life while itís still fun.

I am glad to sit inside, complaining of a gloomy day,
dark with clouds as is sometimes Mother Natureís way.
As long as I can still believe down deep the sun will shine,
Iíll still hope gloomy days and sunshine will combine.

Another hope is that, through some extreme feat,
no people in the world will again lack enough to eat.
I hope to someday see all hatred gone, released,
resulting in a worldwide everlasting peace.

My hope is, while a new sun warms my aging bones,
loved ones will be near, so I wonít spend the day alone.
Each day, though unlikely this hope may sound,
Iíd hope all will find the kind of true love I have found.
