Get Rid Of The Advertisements

I noticed not the bee
Until it flew ‘tween thee and me
On its’ way to yonder tree
Whose lofty perch left all to see.

Though full to brim with honey,
It crowded out the other bees.
Exuberant at being free
With power to fly high and see,

It continued on its’ spree.
At first it failed to foresee
That plants all, X, Y & Z,
Each offered a sip of tea.

It would smoothly ski
Down petal slopes so carefree
To catch a munch of brie
And push aside a gnat or flea.

Flying back toward me,
I would certainly agree
It seemed a thing so wee,
Until it stung me.
