Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Duel

Some people seek adventure
As a day to day thing
They don't worry about nothing
Or the trouble that it brings

It's like sitting on a time bomb
And you know it's gonna blow
When death comes charging
It's a very hard way to go

Always living for the thrill
And you say you want it all
But the day's gonna come
You'll hit your knees and crawl

Don't challenge death to a duel
You have to remember this fact
Don't forget he's immortal
And he will keep coming back

You can flirt with him everytime
And you can keep him on the run
But he isn't anything like you
Because he only has to win once

You like speeding on the freeway
In that fast and flashy car
Maybe jumping from airplanes
It's a drop that's really far

Someday you'll miss the turn
The reaper will open the door.
Maybe that parachute won't open
And you slam down on the floor

Always living for the thrill
And you say you want it all
But the day's gonna come
You'll hit your knees and fall

Don't challenge death to a duel
You have to remember this fact
Don't forget he's immortal
And he will keep coming back

You can flirt with him everytime
And you can keep him on the run
But he isn't anything like you
Because he only has to win once
