Get Rid Of The Advertisements

WHAT THEY SEE

Is it plain as the
Nose on your face
Or, slanting eyes,
Hinting at your race?

Ears like elephants
Or, maybe really small?
A cleft chin or,
One barely seen at all?

Prominent cheekbones
Or, rounded facial shape?
Lips pressed tight
Or, slightly left agape?

Is your mouth closed
Or, open while you chew?
This tells others
Much about you.

Hair grown long
With sideburns earlobe-long?
Persistent cowlick,
Never where it belongs?

Female or male
Might be in some doubt
If related features
You decline to tout.

What they see is
A bit of this or more of that,
Depending whether you
Are thin or fat.

Oh, yes, color,
Of whatever hue
And, there you have
What others see in you.
