My Virtual Friend

he was unexpectedly, unassuming
our thoughts connected
held only by
an invisible line
expressed in a frenzy of words
conjured from the alphabet

just text, but not just words
for they helped to soothe my hurt
The screen was a window
to my heart
But a mirror to his soul
a man unveiled
embracing nothing less
than a heart of gold

a pillar, that's what he is
held my pain, angst and miseries
his sweetness unfolded
like melted honey
shaped the sails
of an unspoken frenship
in these virtual seas

~ specially dedicated to my virtual fren, Naj.... ~
