Bewitched

'Snails, trails and puppy dogs tails'
The goblins chant as the wind wails.
'Sugar and spice and everything nice'
The fairies chant to stop all vice.

The witches brew their special spells
The goblins ring the bells
People running everywhere to hide
lest forever in bondage they will abide.

'Snails, trails and puppy dogs tails'
The goblins chant as the wind wails.
'Sugar and spice and everything nice'
The fairies chant to stop all vice.

Who will succeed on this Halloween night?
Who will be captured by the witches fright?
Will the fairies win out and save the day?
Or will they be captured in dismay?

'Snails, trails and puppy dogs tails'
The goblins chant as the wind wails.
'Sugar and spice and everything nice'
The fairies chant to stop all vice.

Run and hide people, don't go out tonight
lest you be turned to stone in eternal fright.
Stay safe this year till the challenge returns
While the goblins and witches for 12 months they yearn.

'Snails, trails and puppy dogs tails'
The goblins chant as the wind wails.
'Sugar and spice and everything nice'
The fairies chant to stop all vice.
