i've often stopped
to wonder if on-line
love is really real
when all you have
are words to share
and no proof your
lover really cares
i've been proposed
to on-line to marry
men whom i've
never even seen
then there's men
just looking
for a thrill
that can always
find excitement cybering
there's no doubt
i am your lady
just like you're
my on-line man
but can we really
be in love
i ask myself
again and again
