My Wish For You
Once a year this day arrives
To honour you my mother.
To tell you that I truly love you
With a love that is like no other.
Without your guidance
Throughout the years
I would have been lost its true
But I am the person I am today
Because of the love from you.
So Mother, today on your special day
I wish for you these things
A world of blessings near and far
And a return of the treasure
That your heart brings.
