Reverse Feelings

He feels the coarse skin
Of his water buffalo
The beast which helps him
Till the land he tends
With gratitude he murmurs
Words that soothe his soul
For the help it has given
Maintaining his livelihood
Beast feels the tenderness
Emitting from his coarse hands
It sighs with gratitude
For all his loving care.
