I am 60 years old, and enjoy writing about love and things related to love, which is just about everything. I also enjoy writing poems children hopefully enjoy, and poems with a religious (Christian) theme. I like to think there is a purpose for each poem I write, if only for one person. I don't believe we write poetry which everyone would enjoy because although we are like everyone, we are not like everyone, either. Sometimes I think too much, but I still enjoy doing so. It beats watching TV.
I have been married for 30 years, so I must know something about love. If nothing else, I at least knew enough to pick a woman who knew enough about love to make this marriage work
